Configure your project details and preferences.
Accessing Settings
- 1.Open your project
- 2.Click the Settings tab
- 3.Navigate through the settings sections
General Settings
Project Information

Members Section
Manage your project team:
- •View current members and roles
- •Invite new members
- •Change member roles
- •Remove members

Preferences
Auto-Assign Rule
Automatically assign new tasks to a team member when creating tasks.
| Rule | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Task Creator (Default) | Each member is automatically assigned to the tasks they create |
| None | No auto-assignment |
| Project Lead | Auto-assign to project owner |
| Fewer Tasks | Auto-assign to the member with fewest active tasks |
| Specific User | Auto-assign to a chosen team member |
Assignee Sort Rule
Controls how members appear in the assignee dropdown.
| Rule | Behavior |
|---|---|
| None | Alphabetical by name |
| Fewer Tasks | Members with fewer active tasks first |
| Project Lead | Project owner at top |
| Random | Randomized for fair distribution |
Danger Zone
Critical actions that cannot be undone:
Delete Project
- •Permanently removes the project
- •Deletes all tasks, sprints, and groups
- •Cannot be recovered
- •Only Owner can delete
Auto-Save
Most settings auto-save when changed:
- •Name, description, dates
- •Icon and color
- •Status changes
No "Save" button needed—changes apply immediately.
Tips
- •Update status to reflect actual project state
- •Use icons for quick visual identification
- •Set dates for timeline features to work properly
- •Review members periodically for access control
