Manager View

Manager View is a leadership dashboard built into every project. It brings team health, workload, bottlenecks, and progress forecasts together in one place — the insights you won't find on the Board or List.

Who can see it

• •Owners and Admins see the Manager tab automatically.
• •Members can be given access by an Owner or Admin in Settings → Manager.
• •Viewers don't have access.

Available on every plan.

Opening Manager View

Open a project and select the Manager tab. Choose a time range (last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days) at the top, and use Refresh to pull the latest numbers.

What's inside

• •Delay Tracker — everyone with overdue tasks, grouped by person, with how many days each task is late. People who are repeatedly late are flagged so you can step in early, and unassigned overdue work is listed separately.
• •Blocker & Difficulty Monitor — tasks marked Stuck or Needs Help, how long they've been waiting, and what's blocking them. Ask for an AI summary of any blocker to catch up in seconds.
• •Velocity & Workload — how much each person completes versus takes on each week, plus a workload view showing who is over-, under-, or well-loaded right now.
• •Activity Heatmap — a contribution-style grid of who is active and when, so quiet spells are easy to spot.
• •AI Intervention Suggestions — a short, prioritized list of recommended actions based on the current state of the project.
• •Sprint Prediction — whether the active sprint is on track, at risk, or off track, with an estimated finish date.
• •Private Manager Notes — keep short notes about a team member, visible only to people with Manager View access.

Settings

In Settings → Manager (Owner/Admin) you can:

• •Grant or remove Manager View access for individual members.
• •Set how many late tasks flag someone as a repeat late-finisher.
• •Choose how long private notes are kept before they are automatically deleted.
• •Purge all manager notes at once (Owner only).

Privacy

Manager notes and analytics are only shown to people with Manager View access. Notes are automatically deleted after the retention period you choose, and a clear notice reminds everyone that notes are shared with all Manager View users.
